The notice requires scientific resource allocation, further optimization of transport capacity allocation, ensuring transport capacity supply during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, strengthening coordination among various modes of transport, accelerating transport turnover, tapping transport potential, implementing convenient and people-friendly transport measures, urging passenger stations, wharves, and airports to strictly implement service standards, ensuring convenient passenger travel and smooth and efficient transportation of key materials, and striving to meet the increasingly diverse travel needs of passengers and the needs of enterprises' production and residents' lives.

The notice emphasizes the need to strengthen traffic safety production and supervision, conduct pre-holiday safety production inspections based on actual conditions, focus on strengthening safety supervision in key areas such as port dangerous goods operations and port dangerous chemicals tank areas, conduct in-depth safety inspections of key links such as the transportation, loading, unloading, transshipment, and storage of dangerous goods in the jurisdiction, strengthen safety management of long-distance passenger transport, tourism chartered buses, and rural passenger transport, and strengthen supervision of water transportation safety and patrol and maintenance of road and waterway infrastructure. All units should earnestly do a good job in emergency duty and information reporting. Once an emergency or accident occurs, they should deal with it and report information in accordance with the emergency plan.

The notice requires that all levels of transportation departments should care about the lives of employees, especially those in difficulty, conduct visits and condolences, and help employees solve various urgent and difficult problems. All levels of party organizations should do a good job in correcting the "four winds" during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, and leading cadres at all levels should strictly abide by the regulations on clean governance, and maintain pragmatic, frugal, clean, and civilized holidays.
